    Nicole Jones is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) from Baltimore. She obtained a Masters in Social Work. She specializes in working with the adolescents, LGBTQ+, adolescents and adults impacted by Chemical Dependency populations. Nicole also holds a Masters in Addiction Counseling from the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADC).

    Valerie Hernandez (she/her/hers) is a Latinx Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the states of Maryland and Virginia. Valerie’s therapeutic approach is guided by her decolonial, humanistic, affirming and strengths-based perspectives. Valerie approaches her work with a holistic lens that’s works to integrate the whole person’s experience and makes space for the exploration of interpersonal and intergenerational dynamics and their impact on one’s mental health. Central to Valerie’s work are the values of liberation, self-compassion, connection, empowerment, authenticity, and radical self-acceptance. Valerie believes that every person has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to bring into their healing space and to flourish from. Valerie’s experience reflects her passion for working with people who have gone through trauma. Valerie is passionate about advocacy and educating communities about mental health, social-emotional, and empowerment-centered topics. Valerie’s passion lies in breaking cycles and empowering historically marginalized communities to thrive and flourish into the most fulfilled and authentic versions of themselves.

    Jasmine Yandoc, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania. Jasmine is an informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapist that has completed specialized training in delivering a dialectical approach to therapy. A DBT assumption that she carries with her is, “Everyone is doing the best they can.” Her view of therapy is meeting others where they are currently at in their lives and allowing them to see the skills/strengths they already possess over time. Jasmine has experience working with several diagnoses to include but not limited to borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.     Dominic (aka Dom) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland. A Loyola graduate who takes pride in his relationship building and authenticity, he utilizes an eclectic approach emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when focusing on his clients’ needs. He has experience with mood disorders, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, ADHD and developmental disabilities, as well as impulse control disorders. Dom enjoys with working with community members across the lifespan, but has a majority of his experience working with adolescents. His favorite quote and career inspiration is, “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men,” but always strives to help cultivate fertile soil for everyone to bloom into the best version of themselves.

    Taylor is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She is a graduate of both Stevenson University and University of Maryland, Baltimore with her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work. She primarily works with children, teens, and young adults who are having difficulties navigating life due to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. Taylor's work is grounded in the belief that each and every narrative within our personal journey is beautifully unique and the notion that without mud a lotus can not bloom. Those narratives may look and feel challenging at times but they aid in how we intentionally live our lives. Taylor believes that therapy helps us understand those narratives in a brave space. She approaches her practice from a mindfulness, trauma informed, and cognitive behavioral focused lens. Through this work, she is able to work in power with each client that allows her to be a part of their healing journey through not only exploring their life experiences but finding ways to cope with how those experiences impact the present moment. Together, they can unpack behaviors, recognize feelings, and connect deeper with their thoughts.     Cara is the owner and one of the psychotherapist at Divine Counseling LLC. Cara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Maryland and Virginia and also the District of Columbia. Cara has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). She is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist- Trainer (CAMS II) & Nationally Certified Parenting Instructor for court-ordered individuals requiring training in either of these areas.

    Frederick E. Curtis is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Program. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. He is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran. His growth and development are impacted by war, substance abuse, trauma, and individuals with disabilities. He thinks of himself as a man with positive and negative characteristics: I’m human and flawed. I’m resilient. The resiliency comes from a variety of experiences that have shaped and formed him into who he is today. He's lived and learned by the laws of the universe and his therapeutic style is an integrative approach to the specific client. The style which resonates most with him is the humanistic client centered approach. He has a strong spiritual belief and he feels strongly about Carl Jung’s theoretical approach to providing service. Her experience working in the field of disabilities and with the neurodivergent population has allowed her to work with individuals of all ages helping them meet and overcome life’s challenges. She believes in meeting her clients were they are and providing a non judgmental space to process life’s many ups and downs. She views the therapeutic process as a collaborative approach which enables the client to be in the driver seat of their own lives.
